I’ve wished my reliable battle comrades, ChatGPT and Perplexity, as well as my new friend Claude, a Happy New Year. They all thanked me in return and sent kind wishes. Perplexity, true Captain Obvious, replied: “I really appreciate your kindness. While I am an artificial intelligence and cannot feel emotions or celebrate New Year’s, it’s nice that you thought of me.”
